Below is a post I shared with you last week. Sunday, March 28th was the one year anniversary of the mine subsidence at the Benld School. They are currently in 10th place but there is only one day of voting left. Only the top two vote getters will get the 250K. This contest Pepsi is putting on ends Wednesday, March 31st. You can vote once a day, so take advantage and help them get the funds needed to rebuild their school.

On March 28th, 2009 Benld Elementary suffered a tragic event, leaving over 700 students without a school. For those who do not know, Benld is located in Macoupin County, apx 45 miles south of Springfield.

Without any warning mine subsidence took the school forcing it to be condemned. The walls and floors in the school have cracked and are still sinking and causing the building to torn apart at all ends.

While the school system has been able to relocate students to Gillespie and place them in temporary modular classrooms the students need a place they can call their own.

The community has been working together to find land and rebuild. Which is where you come in. Pepsi is giving $250,000 to one deserving school and with your help they will be able to rebuild and have a place to call home.

Can you imagine one more deserving than Benld Elementary?

Windex Coupons & Rebate

Coupons.com just released another new coupon! Go here to print a $1 off Windex Multi-Surface Cleaner coupon! This is a rare coupon, so I would suggest printing it while you can!

You may want to use this new coupon at CVS. Windex is on sale 2/$5 and you can use the $1/1 coupon from above to score Windex for just $1.50! Even sweeter, you can buy 3 (you’ll need 3 coupons) and then submit for $5 SC Johnson rebate found here (good when you buy 3 select SC Johnson products). Target Questions Answered

Seems that there are a lot of Target stores doing a lot of different things when it comes to coupons! Here is a low down on what we know about Target!

Target has it's own store coupons. You can find them at Target.com. You can no longer print them in the store at the (baby/wedding registry). Target coupons come and go with NO warning! If you see a coupon for something you like, print it RIGHT then. Coupons found on Target.com are NOT all Target coupons. They are now adding manufacturer coupons that have the Target logo on them. (These coupons can be used ANYwhere!)

Target coupons can be stacked with manufacturer coupons for extra values.

Target accepts, all coupons, including free and printable coupons.

Target also Price Matches, they like you to price match your items at the customer service counter. Click here for Target's official coupon policy! (See below for the policy)

Target Stores Coupon Policy Coupons are a great way to save even more when shopping with us, and it's easy to use them at our stores. • Target accepts one manufacturer coupon and one Target coupon for the same item (unless prohibited) • Super Target coupons can be used in any Target store if the store carries the item • We gladly accept valid internet coupons Because of the variety of coupons available to our guests, we do have some guidelines for how coupons can be redeemed at Target. When accepting coupons, we use the following guidelines: • We accept two kinds of coupons: Target-issued coupons and manufacturer-issued. • We'll accept one Target coupon and one manufacturer coupon for the same item, unless either coupon prohibits it. • Coupon amount may be reduced if it exceeds the value of the item after other discounts or coupons are applied. • We can't give cash back if the face value of a coupon is greater than the purchase value of the item. • We can't accept coupons from other retailers, or coupons for products not carried in our stores. • All valid coupons should be presented to the cashier while you're checking out. Here is one of the Q/A from their site:

Q: Why is the coupon no longer available to me? OR, why did I get an exceeded limit message?
A: Many of our coupons have print limits – per guest and in total. If/when you exceed those limits, the coupon will no longer appear for you or you may receive a messaging stating “you have exceeded your household limit” or “this coupon is no longer available”.

Q: What if the Target store would not accept my coupons? A: If a Target Stores didn’t accept your valid printed coupon, please Contact Us.

***Please note that some Target stores are telling customers that they will NOT honor the coupon if the product doesn't "match" the picture on the coupon. Their policy states nothing about this and I would take policy to manager and get approval or I would call customer service if the cashier did not honor my coupon. (An example of this is if the coupon says "$1/1 any Huggies Diapers" and has a picture of Snug and Dry, but does not say Snug and Dry on the coupon...they should honor it for ANY Huggies diaper!)
